The majority of landlords & tenancy agreements will require carpets to be professionally
cleaned at the end of a tenancy. This is to ensure the carpets are returned to the same
level of cleanliness they were in at the start of the tenancy.
Ineffective cleaning can result in deposits not being returned or the cost of professional
carpet clean being deducted from the deposit, so it is vitally important to all parties to
get it right.
Self hire machines are not the same as a professional clean and in many cases are false economy - please see information on our
Frequently asked questions about cleaning carpets yourself.
As an outgoing tenant will not see the benefit of carpet cleaning, the decision to appoint a professional may well be based on price, whereas a landlord/letting agent will require the most effective clean to be achieved.
It is therefore very important to us to provide a service which meets the requirement of both tenant & landlord/letting agent.
Our straight forward pricing policy aims to be fair to both tenants and landlords/letting agents whilst not compromising on the
quality of the clean.
We work with letting agents, landlords and tenants to achieve this. You are welcome to call us to discuss your requirements.
