11 April 2018. HOORAY SPRING IS IN THE AIR . . . finally. The Bristish have a love of talking about the weather and the past few months have certainly given us something to talk about. The weather forecast this morning on the radio said if you like cloud then you will be in for a treat today. Instead of heavy showers however, it said early rain would clear leaving a bright and sunny day. This brings me to our activity over the last few months. In the carpet and upholstery cleaning world, you have been keeping us very busy - THANK YOU. Amongst our work, we have been to a high rise in Plymouth with amazing views over Drakes Island, Plymouth Sound and The Hoe to a remote 14th centuary cob wall farmhouse about 15 miles north of here. We have also been cleaning a fair amount of your upholstery as well. There is no right time to clean upholstery and caprets except to say that anytime is good. The benefit of having carpets and upholstery cleaned this time of year is that the worst of the wet season should be mostly behind us meaning that it is the perfect time to open windows and doors again, turn the heating down or off and banish those winter blues which lodge in our carpets and upholstery over the winter period. Tally ho for now speak with you soon.
17 May 2017. DID I SPEAK TOO SOON? Well . . . only one thing has changed since I last wrote - the weather! After enjoying a long spell of warm, dry weather with clear blue skies, we are now on the 4th consecutive day of inclement weather. This hasn't stopped you keeping us very busy - THANK YOU VERY MUCH - by the way. We can work in any weather and rain does not affect the outcome so we look forward to seeing some old customers in the forthcoming weeks and also welcoming new customers. Here is a picture of Graham on one of the infamous sunny days with a drop dead gorgeous view - what could be better?!
